At Clover Digital, we handle your information with the same care we give our clients' plants. Whether you send an enquiry, apply for a role or simply browse, this page explains in plain terms what we keep, why we keep it, and how you can ask us to change or remove it. It follows Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
Your details are never sold or rented to anyone. We won't add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
When we deliver projects, we may access plant data, drawings, system configurations and site information belonging to our clients. We treat this as strictly confidential, use it only to deliver and support the agreed work, and handle it under the terms of each client's contract and any non-disclosure agreement.
A small number of providers help us run this website, for example hosting, storing form messages and sending email. They see your details only to do that work for us. Beyond that, we'll release information only if Malaysian law requires it, or to protect people or property from harm. Should Clover Digital merge with or be acquired by another company, your information would move with the business and stay protected by this policy. Any figures we publish about website use are anonymous totals.
Only authorised Clover Digital staff can see enquiries and applications, through a password-protected team area. Some of our providers keep data on servers outside Malaysia; we choose ones with strong security standards. Information is kept for as long as we need it for the reasons above or as the law requires, then deleted. We work hard to keep it safe, but we can't promise that anything sent online is risk-free. If a data breach ever puts your personal data at risk, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Commissioner and, where it could cause you significant harm, contact you directly and tell you what we’re doing about it.
We keep cookies to a minimum: just what the site needs to function, such as keeping team members signed in or loading pages faster on your next visit. There are no advertising or tracking cookies. If you'd rather not have them, your browser settings let you clear or block them at any time.
Under the PDPA, you may ask to access or correct the personal data we hold about you, to withdraw your consent for us to use it, or to have it deleted where we no longer need to keep it. You can also ask us to send your personal data to you, or to another organisation, in a commonly used digital format where technically possible (data portability). We may ask you to confirm your identity first, and we aim to respond within 21 days. Just get in touch using the details below. We'll confirm your request and act on it promptly.
